We at Planet Hollywood ship orders 5 days a week Monday through Friday. Orders placed on (website) will usually be processed and shipped the same day if the item is in stock. Customers will be notified if an item is not in stock or is backordered.

Domestic Shipping

For orders within the United States, our standard shipping service is Federal Express and standard shipping rates apply. Please allow between 3 to 7 days for orders within the United States to arrive. Due to Holidays shipping times may be delayed.

International Shipping

For international orders our standard shipping service is Federal Express and standard international shipping rates apply. Please allow between 1 to 3 weeks for international orders to arrive. Due to the Holidays shipping times may be delayed.

We accept VISA, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. We charge your account in US Dollars and your credit card will usually automatically convert the purchase amount into your local currency according to the then prevailing exchange rate.
